Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actor that has won critical acclaim for her skills. Sagittarius born the actress was born on December 3, 1960 at North Carolina. She's the oldest of three siblings born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper, and Anne a psychologist. Her parents are English, Scottish and of mixed descent.
